Refund & Returns Policy

At Ares Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. A proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that certain items, including sale items, gift cards, and final clearance products, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we will accommodate this where stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue either a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund amount.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
