Packages from our warehouse in Australia will be shipped by Australian Post or Sendle depending on the weight and size of the product.

Yes. We are proud to offer international shipping services to over 75 countries and islands world wide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 48 hours after purchased and is shipped within 2-3 business days.

Returns
At Ares Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. A proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that certain items, including sale items, gift cards, and final clearance products, are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we will accommodate this where stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue either a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within five to ten business days, depending on your payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
